After springing ahead....(totally over rated and NOT necessary in my book), and an incredibly grumpy, PMS-y, mom for the week, it was a MUCH needed 3-day weekend.
And what did it look like?

Running with a friend, dates to the Y and more counting calories were all included each day!
This weekend was a much need refresher after the long week.
